Description
The selection and accumulation vibrating channels are designed to specifically orient pieces at the output of the server. Each channel is customized according to the customer's needs, in order to ensure maximum efficiency in feeding.
Transport Vibrating Channels
Description
Transport vibrating channels are used to handle and dose a wide range of pieces, from powders to bulk particles. Their feed can be controlled via shutters actuated by pneumatic cylinders.
These channels are made of FE 360 steel for standard transport and AISI 316 stainless steel for food applications. Osca Automazioni is able to customize the design based on the specific needs of the application.
Screening Vibrating Channels
Description
Screening vibrating channels are used to separate pieces of different size from the desired material and consist of grids or grooves customized based on the specifics of the piece to be screened. In addition, these channels are connected to non-vibrating hoppers for the accumulation of selected pieces.
The grids can be made of thermally treated F steel to improve its physical properties and the scraps obtained from the screening are collected in specific containers. Finally, the support structure is designed according to the needs of the application or according to the customer's requests.
