In order to get the most out of our vibrating bases, we produce a series of electronic regulation and control panels. These allow to manage the intensity and frequency of the vibrations, to automatically switch on and off through level or overflow sensors, to maintain the stability of the vibrations through accelerometric sensors and, finally, to control the operation and stop of an external component.

Description
The timing board (IP00) is controlled by a photocell and two external contacts, it is also ideal for mounting in electrical panels, control boxes or electrical cabinets, and directly on the wall or on DIN rails. Depending on the needs, the regulation board can be supplied both at 230V and 110V.

Description
The regulation and control board (IP00) is designed for vibratory feeders, and offers the possibility to adjust the minimum vibration and to turn them on or off remotely. It is suitable for mounting in electrical panels, control boxes or electrical cabinets, and directly on the wall or on DIN rails. The regulation board is available at 230V or 110V, depending on the needs.

Description
The regulation and control board (IP00) is specifically designed for vibratory feeders, and offers the possibility to adjust both the minimum and maximum vibration, in addition to the remote start and stop. Also, it is possible to manage the vibration through a potentiometer, 0-10V or 4-20mA.
The regulation board is suitable for mounting in electrical panels, control boxes or electrical cabinets, either directly on the wall or on DIN rails. Also, it is available at 230V or 110V, depending on the specific needs.

Description
The regulation and control board (IP00) is specifically designed for vibratory feeders and allows the adjustment of the minimum and maximum vibrations, as well as the remote start and stop. Also, it is possible to manage the timed on and off through a photocell and to use two external contacts for the operation of solenoid valves.

Description
The frequency converter (IP00) has been specially designed to command vibration feeders. Specifically, these devices produce an output frequency independent of the frequency of the power supply network, which means that the converter can be powered by electrical networks that provide voltage at both 50Hz and 60Hz frequencies. This feature avoids balancing operations and balancing of springs.
This frequency converter is suitable for mounting in electrical panels, control boxes or electrical cabinets, either directly on the wall or on DIN rails. Also, it is available at 230V or 110V, depending on the specific needs.

Description

Series 14 inverter
Description
This is a frequency converter (IP44) specifically designed for controlling vibratory feeders. These devices generate an output frequency independent of the supply network frequency, which means that the device can be powered by electrical networks that provide voltage at a frequency of 50Hz or 60Hz. This eliminates the need for weight balancing and spring balancing operations.
The device is suitable for free fixing on walls or frames and has a knob, vibration parameter setting buttons, and an on/off button installed on the front cover of the box. Finally, this type of frequency converter can be provided at 230V.
